Inside LoreWind, Quill's red seal is always within reach for immediate product and account questions. When the answer needs a person, or when you simply prefer one, the address below still comes straight to me.
Email [email protected] and I'll get back to you as quickly as I can. It helps to mention which story or account the issue lives in, what you expected, and what happened instead, but don't worry about getting the report perfect. Plain words are fine.

Subscriptions and billing
Once web payments launch, purchases made on the web will be managed from your account settings. When store apps launch, purchases made in a store app will be managed through that store's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play).
Account access
If you can't sign in, try the password reset on the sign-in page first, then write to me if the email never arrives.
Content questions
LoreWind is for adults; every user must be 18 or older. Future store apps will be non-explicit and will not expose, advertise, or link to NSFW-tagged content. Mature is a story rating and is separate from the NSFW tag. The full content policies live in our terms.
Data
To request an export or deletion of your data, email me from the address on your account. The privacy policy describes what we store.
LoreWind is in early access, and this page will grow as the product does. In the meantime, every email still lands in front of the developer.
